Version 7.49.1 Release Notes Summary.
The latest MSite software update introduces a range of new features, system improvements and bug fixes.
New Features
- ‘Add a User’ menu item added to main navigation. This menu item will show in place of the system menu item to users who do not have any user permissions for features that reside under the system menu.
- New ‘Add a User’ page added.
- New setting added, Employee:TravelTimes:IsMandatory. When disabled, makes the Travel Times fields on the employee site association modal non mandatory.
- ‘Time Off Site’ column added to the Payable Hours by Contractor & Payable Hours Daily reports.
- Custom Field Reporting report can now be filtered by induction date. Allowing users to remove the dependency on the worker having already been through a site induction and allow a search to be done against non-inducted workers.
- Ability to archive and unarchive contractors through the Edit Contractor Page. Archived Contractors will be hidden from any dropdowns in the UI.
Improvements
- The CSCS Validation Service has been modified to now update the ‘Last Checked Date’ for expired cards. This change will help in reducing the backlog of cards going through revalidation attempts.
- The CSCS Validation Service has been modified to now attempt to validate against both the middle name and last name when both names are entered into the last name field.
- The CSCS Validation Service has been modified to no longer sanitise certification numbers by removing the leading ‘0’ from any certification numbers. E.g. ‘04602452’ was being trimmed to ‘4602452’.
- Auditing improvements around the adding, removing and updating of worker accreditations.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue whereby, the Access Restriction History report was defaulting to using GMT instead of the timezone configured for the instance.
- Fixed an issue whereby, the Accreditation Audit report was showing previously expired accreditations for workers even though they had updated their online training for those specific accreditations.
- Fixed an issue whereby, non HRS users were not able to change/generate a new project code on the Self Service Registration section of the Site Configuration modal.
- Fixed an issue whereby, when running the Worker Breakdown report against a specific site, the site selection filter was reverting to All Selected when the user clicks the next page of results.
- Fixed an issue whereby, invitations to new visitors were failing and user was seeing an ‘Unable to send invitations.’ message.
- Fixed an issue whereby, delivery bookings were unable to be submitted due to validation errors caused by an ‘N/A’ value in a field where ‘N/A’ should never be an option to select.
- Fixed an issue whereby, Procore was returning errors through the manpower logs endpoint. This issue was caused due to the notes property not being populated by MSite on the Manpower Log.
