MSite Version 7.48.1 - Maintenance

Version 7.48.1 Release Notes Summary.

The latest MSite software update introduces a range of new features, system improvements and bug fixes.

New Features

  1. Authentication refreshes when a user clicks the screen or enters text. This change is to address users being logged out too quickly after a short period of inactivity.
  2. New pop up added informing users they are about to be signed out. This pop up appears after 18mins of inactivity, after a further 2mins of inactivity the user will then be logged out.
  3. Contractor field added to the UpsertGuestUser endpoint on Digital Passport.
  4. Ability to report on custom fields has been added to the Transaction Log report and FILO report.
  5. What3Words input field added to the site configuration modal.
  6. What3Words added to the Induction booking email.
  7. What3Words property added to the GET/POST/PUT Site endpoints in the External API.
  8. Motion Detection setting added to the Face Reader config modal. Setting will default to enabled for all newly added devices.
  9. Capture Distance setting added to the Face Reader config modal.
  10. Security Level setting added to the Face Reader config modal.
  11. Firmware Updates Enabled setting added to the Face Reader config modal.
  12. ‘Hours Off Site’ column added to the FILO report.
  13. ‘Randomise Question Selection’ tickbox and input field added to the Assessment Settings section when creating an online course. Allows the system to pick a number of questions at random to display to workers when sitting the online course.
  14. ‘Always display’ tickbox added to the question slide modal. When ticked, this ensures that the chosen slide will always display to the worker, regardless of the ‘Randomise Question Selection’ setting.
  15. Ability to search by email has been added to the Invite Existing Workers page.

Improvements

  1. RAMS moved to top level of navigation (Formerly sat under Safety).
  2. Briefings moved to top level of navigation (Formerly sat under safety).
  3. Site selection on the All Bookings page of delivery management will be preserved when the user navigates back to the All Bookings from a specific delivery.
  4. ‘Miles’ column values on the Worker Travel to Site Carbon Emissions report are now rounded to two decimal places.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue whereby, the Archive Workers scheduled task was timing out.
  2. Fixed an issue whereby, the search box within the Courses dropdown on the Briefings Attendance Sheets page, was not filtering results based on the test the user entered, all courses were showing.
  3. Fixed an issue whereby, the MSite system was over-sanitising CSCS scheme registration numbers. Cards such as ADSA cards have spacing in their registration numbers, which was being removed, leading to cards not being properly validated.
  4. Fixed an issue whereby, Contractor Users were incorrectly showing on the Site User Audit Report.
  5. Fixed An issue whereby, the Visitor Log Report was showing entries for non-visitors.
  6. Fixed an issue whereby, previously expired course accreditations were showing in the Accreditation Expiry email alert, despite the worker having updated their training.
  7. Fixed an issue whereby, the carbon emissions total on the Worker Travel to Site Carbon Emissions report was incorrectly being calculated.
  8. Fixed An issue whereby, the ‘Add Worker’ button was not hidden when the API:Worker:AddOnlyFromAPI setting was enabled.
  9. Fixed an issue whereby, Contractor Users were able to see and select other contractors on the Access & Attendance – Detailed report.
