Version 7.45.1 Release Notes Summary
The latest MSite software update introduces a range of new features, system improvements and bug fixes.
New Features
- New site scoped setting added, Contractor:RestrictWorkerRoleTradeChange.
- Ability to state and configure which days a worker is travelling to site from their home address and lodgings address through the site association modal. This functionality will improve the quality and accuracy of fatigue data and carbon emissions being recorded by the MSite system.
- Compactor added to the vehicle list on Delivery Management.
- Paging added to the contractor dropdown on reports, reducing load times and improving report performance where there are 5000+ contractors registered on the instance. This update limits the behaviour of the 'Select All' functionality on dropdown lists in the system, but only apply where the Contractor:MaxLimitThreshold setting is greater than or equal to 5000.
- New setting added, ProcoreIntegration:UseShiftEnabled.
- GET Contractor API response now includes any notes that have been added to the Notes section on the Contractor modal.
- Contractor Users with the reports user role can now view the Accreditation Audit report and Full Worker List report.
- Audit History report can now be ran against archived users. Previously this report only supported active user accounts.
Bug Fixes
- Induction booking page was not showing when no slots were configured for the site. The page should still display and allow the worker to capture mode of transport regardless of whether there are any slots available.
- Workers who had completed an online induction were not seeing the completion page in the workflow when no induction slots are configured for the site and were not receiving any confirmation emails.
- ‘Mark as Inducted’ field was not showing on the site association modal when the site inductions setting is disabled.
- Deleted briefings attachments were still showing in attendance sheets, despite being deleted before the briefing was even conducted.
- Rows on ID Checks were not deleting. User would click delete but the row would still appear.
- ID Check section was not displaying on worker profiles where it should have been visible.
- Sites marked as decommissioned would no longer show results in the carbon emissions report. Data relating to decommissioned sites should still be retained and accessible through the report UI.
- When a site/project name was changed or updated on the site configuration, the Access & Attendance reports still showed the former name.
- Users were unable to save Contractors if the Contractor had a feature enabled for a site which the logged in User did not have themselves.
- Intermittent issue whereby attachments were not uploading on the Industry Accreditations modal.
- Dedupe was not working for Contractor Users, leading to multiple worker records for the same worker being created by Contractors.
- Delivery Management Daily Schedule table columns were misaligned when viewing on a mobile web browser.
