MSite Version V7.56 - Maintenance & Supervisor App/Face Mini Update

New Features 

  1.  View Sensitive Data permissions can now download accreditation PDF attachments and view accreditation image attachments.
  2. Archived Users are now hidden from the User Audit Report.
  3. Worker Endpoints in the External API have been updated to allow additional fields within the site association to be updated via the API. This includes:
    - Travel times
    - Payroll Type, Working Rule & Rate Card

Labour Hours Changes

  1. New POST API Endpoint added allowing dormancy restrictions to be removed. 
  2. Advanced fields’ added to the GET/PUT/UPDATE Worker Endpoints.
  3. The worker search page now supports search via custom field, custom field value and accreditation number. Search filters for each have been added to the page.
  4. Added ability to configure the following allowance types:
    - Monetary Unit
    - Hourly Rate
    - Custom Unit
  5. Added the ability to manually award allowances to workers in Labour Hours via the individual worker timesheets or the consolidated view (showing all workers).
  6. Ability to auto populate worker timesheets with public holidays and default payable hours for these days.
  7. Adjustment Comment, Extras Sum, Extra Type and Extra Reason fields added to the Payable Hours Weekly CSV export.

  9. Approvals within Labour Hours (Overtime approvals, Adjustment approvals, Extras approvals etc…) will now be captured and displayed in the Audit Reports.

Fixes

  1. Roll Call by Contractor, Trade and Key Personnel reports were showing multiple entries of IN transactions for workers. The report should only show a single entry per worker, and that entry being the most recent IN transaction.
  2. Workers were unable to be clocked out via the Briefings module.
  3. Amber RAG status for expiring accreditations was not working. Accreditations approaching their expiry in the next X amount of days should highlight amber, but in this case they were not getting highlighted at all.
  4. CSV export for the Full Worker List report was missing lots of columns. Any column after ‘Last Seen’ (4th column in) was not being included in the report export. These fields have since been mapped accordingly and now pull through to the CSV as intended.
  5. ‘Email Details to Me’ feature on the Book Site Induction section of pre-registration invite modal, was not working when inviting existing workers. Users were not receiving the booking details via email.
  6. Users were able to see Briefings Attendance Sheets for sites that they were no associated to.
  7. Contractor Group was not showing on the Contractor page UI despite being selected
  8. Contractor Users were able to access the worker email reset feature. This feature should be limited to site users only.
  9. Induction Booking report was not displaying correct data, workers who should have appeared on the report were not showing. Issue seems to have been caused by long standing legacy data.
  10. Resolved an issue within the Procore Integration that was preventing the Manpower Logs from being updated correctly.

 

Supervisor App 

New Features 

  1. Kiosk Mode’ renamed to ‘Self Service Mode’. 
  2. Self Service Mode - Self Service Mode only available as a paid feature.
  3. Updated messaging added when entering self service mode on the Supervisor App. 
  4.  Self Service Mode (formerly Kiosk Mode) has been removed from Skills Check.
  5. Transaction Indicators - Transaction Success/Failure audible indicators (sounds) added to the Supervisor App. Users can choose from a range of available sounds though the app settings page. 
  6. Card Reading toggle added to app settings page, when enabled, allows the device and app to support NFC card reading functionality.  
  7. Scan Card option added to the Time & Attendance module. When selected, prompts the user to present a card to clock in. Can be used with or without Self Service Mode enabled.

Face Mini

  1. Transaction Success/Failure audible indicators (sounds) added to the Supervisor App. Users can choose from a range of available sounds through the app settings page.
