What is a User Profile?
An MSite User Profile is issued to individuals who may need to use MSite for more specific senior elements of their role. This is not the same as a Worker Profile, which is required by the workforce to access the site.
Where to find the User Profile
To edit an existing User Profile, from the taskbar, choose:
- Settings
- Users
- Search for the user in question in the search bar.
Once you have found the user in question, click on their name to load the User Profile.
If you see users highlighted in yellow, it means you either do not have the right permissions to edit them or they have sites assigned that are not on your profile.
