MSite Version 7.51.1 - Maintenance

Version 7.51.1 Release Notes Summary.

The latest MSite software update introduces a range of new features, system improvements and bug fixes:

New Features

  1. CSCS:UseCardProfilePicture global setting added. When enabled, the CSCS validation service will use the cards image as the worker profile image in MSite if they do not already have one. Setting is enabled by default.
  2. Image quality filters and columns added to the Full Worker List report. Allowing users to view and report on the image quality of workers and also filter out any workers who have failed specific image checks.
  3. Detailed Audit report now logs the ‘Invitation sent’ as an event type, so users can see which invites were sent by which users.
  4. When a site is moved from one site group to another, users who have access to that site will now automatically inherit access to the new site group as well, allowing them to retain access to the site.
  5. Ability to bulk invite existing workers has been added. This feature will be limited to internal users initially before rolling it out to customers.

Improvements

  1. A number of UI improvements have been made to various parts of the system when viewing on a mobile browser, making buttons, menus and modals more accessible when using mobile devices. Areas of improvement include Pre-registration, Online Induction Course Creation and Worker Profile.
  2. Updated the site orientation SMS message – “Your [LocalisationValue] to [ProjectName], [Address], [Postcode] has been booked for dd/mm/yyyy at hh:mm”.
  3. Updates to Biometric Consent custom field types, allowing custom field consent to be set up in place of the system consent fields.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue whereby, users were unable to view course content on  Online Courses that were published with the ‘Randomise Questions’ enabled.
  2. Fixed an issue whereby, validation on the Date of Birth field on the worker profile was not working correctly. E.g. users were able to set date of births in the future.
  3. Fixed an issue whereby, an error was being thrown when attempting to print the enrolment form.
  4. Fixed an issue whereby, CSCS cards were failing validation for workers who have an apostrophe in their name and had their profiles created on IOS devices. This is because IOS use a different apostrophe character than the standard one, so this was causing issues with the data that was being sent to CSCS.
  5. Fixed an issue whereby, SMS messages for site induction bookings were being sent to workers who had both a mobile number and a verified email. SMS messages should only send when the worker does not have a validated email. Where the worker has a verified email, we will no longer send an SMS message.
  6. Fixed an issue whereby, Site Orientation SMS messages were being sent even when there were no booking slots available to schedule an onsite induction for a worker.
  7. Fixed an issue whereby, the Access Restrictions report was returning workers in the results who have no site associations.
  8. Fixed an issue whereby, Contractor users were unable to see the RAMS menu item despite the feature being enabled.
  9. Fixed an issue whereby, feature promo pages were being shown to Contractor users. These pages should be limited to site users.
