Version 7.50.1 Release Notes Summary.
The latest MSite software update introduces a range of new features, system improvements and bug fixes:
New Features
- Accreditation Audit Alert can now be site scoped and will now only show expired/expiring accreditations that apply to the users sites and contractors.
- Deleted workers now appear in the Roles on Site report.
- Validation message added to Online Training course creation. When uploading a slide, users are now warned about the maximum file size.
- Cross Site Search column has been added to the User Audit report.
- New feature setting added. Feature:Mobile:KioskModeEnabled, when enabled, allows the Supervisor App to use its kiosk mode features.
- New feature setting added. Feature:Mobile:KioskModeAutoResume, when enabled, allows the Supervisor App to auto resume kiosk mode after the host device has been powered off, restarted or locked.
- New feature setting added. Feature:Mobile:LivenessDetection, when enabled, shows the ‘Liveness detection’ dropdown for the mobile devices page which is then set to ‘enabled’ by default.
Improvements
- The Edit Contractor modal has now been updated to allow individual contractor users to be saved, rather than the entire contractor.
- Advanced worker settings now require the user to have the Worker Add/Edit role, removing the need for them to have Worker/Visitor – View Sensitive Data.
- The Cookie Policy localisation text has been updated to now include a link to the support page for google analytics. The previous page we directed users to no longer exists.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue whereby, a worker received lots of duplicate emails informing him he had completed his online induction.
- Fixed an issue whereby, Briefing accreditations could not be deleted by a user.
- Fixed an issue whereby, the Full Worker List Report the ‘Inducted’ & ‘Not Inducted’ advanced filter options were not being respected, causing workers to appear in the report results who should not have been there.
- Fixed an issue whereby, cancelled induction bookings were still appearing on the Induction Bookings Report.
- Fixed an issue whereby, Users without Delivery Management were able to go into a Contractor and remove Delivery Management permissions from Contractor Users. This has been fixed so that now, Users can only remove permissions that they themselves have.
- Fixed an issue whereby, the ‘Duration’ field in Delivery Management was ignoring the DeliveryManagement:TimeSlotDuration setting and allowing Users to save the duration in increments that were different to what was specified in the setting.
- Fixed an issue whereby, a user was given the delivery management permission but when trying to access the feature they would see an error page stating that delivery management has not been correctly configured.
- Fixed an issue whereby, the Delivery contractor was showing in the Top 10 Contractors On Site widget on the dashboard.
- Fixed an issue whereby, Contractor Users were showing up on the System > Users page.
- Fixed an issue whereby, when adding a new site group to a user, it was clearing the sites selected in the sites dropdown. Sites should only be removed from a user when they are in site groups which have not been selected. The selection of other sites should not be affected.
- Fixed an issue whereby, when verifying contractors that had an apostrophe in their name, users were unable to select the contractor in the search results on the verification modal.
- Fixed an issue whereby, the Site selection for Supervisor App permissions on the edit contractor modal were being effected by other permissions that had ‘Automatically grow sites’ enabled.
- Fixed an issue whereby, pressing the ‘Enter’ key on the keyboard would clear the filter options on the Invitations Pipeline, forcing users to have to reselect and enter any filtering options again.
- Fixed an issue whereby, the created date for new and a lot of existing contractors was showing as 01/01/0001 on the contractor verification tool.
- Fixed an issue whereby the Worker Notifications Audit report was unable to be exported to CSV and TSV.
- Fixed An issue whereby, the Worker Statistics Report would not generate. ‘Failed to generate the report’ error message would display.
- Fixed an issue whereby, the randomise questions tickbox was incorrectly randomising the order of all slides when sitting an online course.
