Device Requirements:
- The device MUST be running iOS.
- The device running the App MUST have a 3D Camera (Please refer to the list at the end of this article for compatible devices).
System, App & User Requirements:
- Face Recognition and Liveness Detection MUST be enabled for the device. This can be managed through the Mobile Devices page.
- The User logged into the App MUST NOT have the 'Mobile - Manual Search' User Role.
- The Supervisor App settings MUST have the 'Use Front Camera' & 'Face Recognition' features enabled. Achieve this by toggling each feature using the slider.
- The Supervisor App MUST be in Kiosk Mode (An indication of whether the App is in Kiosk Mode or not would be if the MSite banner on the Face rec screen is black. If it is black, this means the App is in Kiosk Mode).
