MSite reports allows site users to report on operatives Time and Attendance using one of several reports. Each report will display the data in a different format with different information. This article will break down the Main access and attendance reports and will hopefully be able to point you in the right direction.
The Access & Attendance report section features the reports below and a breakdown of what each report will show, as there is a lot of different ways to view operatives transactions/time on site it is definitely worth having a look at each report individually to make sure you're getting the correct data you require.
There are 13 Access and Attendance reports in total but I will be focusing on the 6 reports below as they are some of the more important reports when it comes to operatives movements around site. Please see a breakdown of these reports below:
Access and Attendance - Detailed
The Access and Attendance Detailed reports pulls through a detailed report on the movements of the operatives through out the day. If site has more then one area set up on MSite it will show the operatives movements through out the day and how much time is spent in that particular area.
As you can see below, the report displays how much time has been spent in each area on site with an overall total which is displayed per operative and also per contractor.
Access and Attendance - Summary
Unlike the Detailed report the Summary only shows the time spent on the Project/Site through out the day and doesn't take into account different areas and operatives movements around them.
The information is queried based on the Parameters entered while running the report (To & From Date, Contractor etc). If multiple days are selected each day does no appear on the report as a day by day transactions but only pulls through the hours worked during the selected period. (Example Below)
Access and Attendance - Weekly
The access and attendance Weekly report is essentially the same as the summary report but pulls the data through on a week by week basis. The report allows you to see how many hours operatives have been on site based on the days of the week. (Image below)
Contractor on Site - Week & Month View
The Contractor on Site Week View Report shows the total number of operatives on site each day over 7 days. For an operative to be added to the total, they must have a valid transaction on site that day. Where an operative has been seen on multiple sites on a single day the report will add 1 count for each site.
The Contractor on Site Month View Report shows the total number of operatives on site each day over a full calendar month. For an operative to be added to the week total, they must have a valid transaction on site that week. Where an operative has been seen on multiple sites in a single week the report will add 1 count for each site. The report begins on the 1st and ends on the last day of the chosen month.
FILO (First In/Last Out)
The First in Last out report is exactly that, it displays the operatives first transaction into site and also the last transactions of that day. A total is then displayed for that particular time frame.
