Meet the Helpdesk Team

Our in-house support team are here to help, get to know them here...

Stuart: HelpDesk Manager, nothing makes Stuart happier than providing outstanding customer service. When he's not helping our customers he's planning new ways of working that make the team more efficient. Outside work he'll usually be found working on his new house or down the pub watching Liverpool win again.

Shaun: HelpDesk Engineer, Shaun uses his expert knowledge of MSite to cover the majority of tickets so you will probably speak to Shaun when you call the support team. When hes not supporting our customers, You will find Shaun Following Liverpool FC or working on his high specs PC.

Jess: HelpDesk Engineer, Jess uses her skills to help all MSite customers so you will probably have spoken to her on the helpdesk. When she's not resolving customers issues, jess is renovating her house.
