This article runs through how to edit an existing course.
Section - Locating your course
- Click 'Training' > 'Online'
- Click 'Browse Courses'
- Locate your course from the list and click into it.
Section - Editing
- Navigate to the bottom of the page and click 'Edit Course' under the content section.
- You will be prompted with a pop up, continue by clicking 'Edit Course'. This creates a draft copy of your existing course, unlocking the fields / content so you can work on updating it. It's worth noting your current 'Live' version of the course is still active in the background until you publish updates.
Section - Publishing your updated course.
Delete Draft - If you need to delete your draft as it's no longer required, this is fine and will have no impact on the 'Live' course.
Save - You can save changes at any point and pick up where you left off at a later date if required.
Published - When you are happy you have made all the changes, click 'Published' and then 'Save'. This will ask highlight that the old version will be archived and this new version published as the course version the employee will sit as part of the online induction process.
