In order to use the MSite Workforce App contactless entry feature with the biometrics requirement, the user (employee) must have biometrics enabled on their iPhone. In the case of iPhone this can be Touch ID or Face ID depending on the model they have.
To enable or setup biometrics, please navigate to 'Settings' and then either 'Face ID & Password' or 'Touch ID & Passcode'. In the settings you can specify to use biometrics only for the Workforce App should the user want to use a passcode for other phone operations.
