GUIDE - Sub Contractor Management - Adding a Contractor

A Contractor in MSite is an organisation that employs people requiring access to your site.

Note: Before clicking Add a New Contractor, check to see if they already exist by searching for them at the top of the previous page so you don't add a duplicate.

If the contractor is not present, adding them to MSite so that you can Associate an Employee with his Employer (Contractor) can be achieved following the steps below.

1. Click 'Contractors' at the top of the screen
2. Click 'Add a New Contractor'
3. Enter the Contractor Name
4. Click 'Save'
