MSite Version 7.46.1 - Maintenance

Version 7.46.1 Release Notes Summary

The latest MSite software update introduces a range of new features, system improvements and bug fixes.

New Features

  1. When a Site gets marked as decommissioned, any Site Specific courses or briefings for that site, will be marked as unpublished. Note that for audit purposes, unpublished courses will still have their accreditations show in the Accreditation Audit report.
  2. Additional bullet point added to the Decommission Site(s) modal – ‘Online Courses and Briefings that are only for this site will be unpublished’.
  3. ‘Exclude Unpublished Courses’ checkbox added to the Add/Edit Accreditation Expiry Alert modal. When checked, unpublished courses will not be included in the Accreditation Expiry Alert email.
  4. Setting added. Worker:ExplicitBiometricConsentRequired. When enabled, this setting ensures that a workers consent must be explicitly given by answering ‘I consent’, in order for biometrics to be added to their profile.
  5. Setting added. Worker:ExplicitBiometricConsentEffectiveDate. Allows the user to specify a date whereby, profiles created after this date will need to have biometric consent explicitly given in order to have biometrics added. Profiles created before this date, will continue to support biometric processing with non-explicit consent.
  6. Travel times & Lodgings data will now be returned via the API when the GET Worker Details endpoint is called.
  7. Setting added. Feature:Alert:FatigueStatus. When enabled, allows users to configure Fatigue Status Alerts.
  8. ‘Add a Fatigue Status Alert’ option added to the Alerts & Notifications menu item.
  9. New ‘Add Fatigue Status Alert’ modal, giving the user the ability to configure how the alert should run and also customise the Email subject and body.
  10. Supervisor sync service has been rewritten/re-implemented in the micro environment. This change will significantly decrease the load on the monolith database servers, address memory leak issues in the existing App solution and support future expansion in the use and capabilities of the Supervisor App.

Bug Fixes

  1. Auto Archive scheduled task has been updated to now delete worker biometrics when the profile is archived.
  2. Users can now no longer enter ‘0’ as a value in both the ‘Distance from previous stop’ & ‘Distance to next stop’ fields on Delivery Management. Values entered must be greater than zero.
  3. When a lodgings postcode is added on the site association modal, the Nights in Lodgings checkboxes will now be mandatory.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue whereby, the Induction Bookings report was incorrectly giving an overall readiness status of ‘Not Ready’ despite workers having completed their profiles and any mandatory online courses.
  2. Fixed an issue whereby the ‘Delivery’ Contractor was showing in the Contractor dropdown list on the Contractors On Site report.
  3. Fixed an issue whereby, CSCS validation was incorrectly showing as ‘Not Validated’ for a specific worker, this issue was caused by validation failing due to the workers CSCS card having no expiration date.
  4. Fixed an issue whereby, when changing the Feature:LabourHoursDecimalDisplay setting, it was changing the formatting for Times in the Payable Hours reports. This setting should only apply to durations of time.
  5. Fixed an issue whereby, on save, the Saturday ‘Subtraction’ field on the working rules configuration, would be overwritten with the value entered into the ‘Only After’ field and the ‘Only After’ field would be cleared.
  6. Fixed an issue whereby, if an onsite booking slot is amended via the invitations pipeline, the Induction Booking report was not updating to the show the new date & time.
  7. Fixed an issue whereby, the Labour Hours ‘Add Extras’ feature was not working, when the button to add extras was clicked, the page would error.
  8. Fixed an issue whereby, timesheet ordering and pagination was not working correctly, Timesheets were displaying in the incorrect order and incorrect rows per page.
  9. Fixed an issue whereby, the Scan QR button was visible on the worker profile when viewing it through the Supervisor App.
