Version 7.44.1 Release Notes Summary
The latest MSite software update introduces System Improvements, Bug Fixes, New RAMS functionality and Visitor Management Updates.

April Maintenance:
New Features

New site scoped setting Contractor:RestrictWorkerRoleTradeChange - When enabled. Prevents Contractor Users from being able to change an existing workers Role and/or Trade.
- Audit History Report now logs when an Access Group has been added/granted to a worker.
- Ability to state/configure which days a worker is travelling to site from their home address and lodgings address through the site association modal. This functionality will improve the quality and accuracy of fatigue data carbon emissions being recording by the MSite system.
Bug Fixes
- FILO data was being deleted when a worker changes contractor.
- Workers were incorrectly appearing on Roll Call despite having been punched out.
- CSCS Pending status badge was not showing when users were uploading CSCS cards to worker profiles.
- Online Induction courses marked as ‘Must Pass’ were not appearing in the invitations pipeline with the correct status. Status was showing as ‘Expired’ with the expiry date displaying as that day.
- ‘Value is less than the minimum value’ error message on pre-registration invitation modal, caused by Users being able to select the same day as the ‘To be completed by’ date. Same day can no longer be selected.
- Face Biometric tickbox on worker profile was not displaying on lower resolution/screen dimensions.
- Custom Field Report was showing deleted attachments uploaded to Fit for Role.
- Mode of Transport was not correctly being passed through to the Carbon Emissions Report when workers were transacting against sites.
New RAMS Features
- Feature:RAMSEnabled setting added. Default value set to disabled.
- Promotion:RAMSURL setting added.
- EmailBriefingsContentsDefaultToYes setting added. Default value set to disabled.
- EmailBriefingsAttachmentsDefaultToYes setting added. Default value set to disabled.
- EmailBriefingsContentsInstructorOverrideDefaultToTrue setting added. Default value set to enabled.
- EmailBriefingsAttachmentsInstructorOverrideDefaultToTrue setting added. Default value set to enabled.
- New user role added: ‘RAMS’.
- New user role added: ‘RAMS Approval’.
- RAMS submenu item added to the System menu.
- RAMS settings page added for both Global and Site Scoped settings.
- Users can upload Submittal, Approval and Briefings checklist documents as fillable PDF’s through the RAMS settings page.
- System Users can now block Contractors from inviting workers to site without having a valid RAMS in place through an optional setting on the RAMS settings page.
- System Users can provision Supervisor App Briefings permissions to Contractors through the Add New RAMS page.

RAMS submenu item added under the Safety main menu item.
- Browse RAMS page added under the RAMS submenu item.
- Add New RAMS page added under the RAMS submenu item.

When creating a new RAMS, users can fill in the checklist documents that were uploaded on the settings page.

RAMS that have been marked as ‘Approved’ can have an associated Briefing and RAMS Briefing accreditation automatically created.

Automatically created RAMS Briefings will include a single module named ‘1 of 1’. This module will include the Approved RAMS PDF and the Briefings checklist PDF

Briefings contents and attachments can now be emailed to all attendees. This can be configured through the Add/Edit Briefing page.

New Email Contents page added to the Briefings module on the Supervisor App.
New Visitor Management Features

Feature:MobileVisitorSignIn setting added. Setting can be site scoped. Setting Default value ‘Disabled’.

VisitorCompanyCustomFieldID setting added. This setting defines the ID of the Visitor Company custom field which is captured on the visitor profile and displayed to return visitors when signing in on the Supervisor App/Face Mini. Default value set to ‘7’.

Visitor – Add/Edit User Role added. This role is now required for users to add/edit a visitor. Add/edit Worker roles will not suffice. All existing users with the Add/Edit Workers user role will automatically receive this user role on deployment.

Visitor – Add/Edit Sensitive Data User Role added. All existing users with the Worker - Add/Edit Sensitive Data user role will automatically receive this user role on deployment.
- ‘Add New Visitor’ submenu item added to the Worker menu.
- Add New Visitor page added. This is a condensed version of the worker page, showing less fields and less sections.
- When a user uses the Add New Worker button to create a new worker, the ‘Visitor’ option will no longer be available in the contractor dropdown.
- ‘Invite New Visitors’ submenu item added under the Pre-registration menu item.
- Invite New Visitor modal added, allowing users to invite visitors through the pre-registration workflow. Contractor field will be preset to ‘Visitor’, with the Trade and Role options hidden.
- Add a Visitor option added to the Supervisor Add Worker module.
- Add a Visitor page added to the Supervisor App, allowing Supervisor App users with the required permissions, to add & edit visitor profiles in app.

Visitor Management toggle added to the Time & Attendance site selection page within the Supervisor App. When the Visitor Management toggle is on, a Visitors button will be displayed on the ID and Search interfaces, as well as the Face Recognition interface and can be used whether in kiosk mode or not.

Visitor Sign in/Sign out page added to the Supervisor App. This page will display when the user taps the Visitor button.

Visitor form added to the Supervisor App. This page will present the user with a first name and last name field, which when filled will either present existing visitor profiles, or if none are found, a new one to sign in with.

The ’Reset Visitor Cards’ scheduled task has been updated to remove any visitor cards still assigned at the end of the day, allowing for that card to be reissued the following day to a different profile.

The ’Reset Visitor Cards’ scheduled task has been updated to not remove custom field data for visitor profiles that have the ‘Assignable as Visitor Card’ field set to ‘No’, as these are considered non-recyclable profiles.

The ’Reset Visitor Cards’ scheduled task has been updated to remove a visitor’s inducted status to ensure they are removed from the Supervisor app/Face Mini.

The Visitor Log report has now been rewritten in the micro-architecture.

The Visitor Log report now includes a column for concatenating custom fields configured in the Visitor Custom Field Group. If any of these fields are marked as Level 2 – Sensitive, users will be required to have the Workers – View Sensitive Data user role to view the data in that column.

New setting: AutoVisitorProfileCreation. Defines the number of visitor profiles to be created when a new site is added. Default value is 0.

New setting: AutoDeliveryProfileCreation. Defines the number of delivery profiles to be created when a new site is added. Default value is 50.
