Version 7.43.1 Release Notes Summary
The latest MSite software update introduces a range of new features, system improvements and bug fixes.
Below is an overview of the new features, improvements and bug fixes:
New Features
- When inviting workers via Pre-registration, the ‘Contractor:EmployeeRoleLocked’ setting, when enabled, now only prevents the role from being changed when inviting existing workers. The ‘Invite new worker’ workflow will no longer be affected.

The ’Area’ field on the Site Configuration now requires a unique value in the number field in order for APB to work. Note: When creating a new Area, the number field will default to the next available number.
- Tooltip added to number field with message ‘Used for APB. Must be a unique number greater than 0.’.
- Conditional Subtraction feature added to Labour Hours, allowing users to stipulate the number of hours to be worked before the subtraction is taken from the workers hours.
- The Local Labour Breakdown Report now only requires the User to have the Reports User Role.
- Training link within the Workforce App has now been updated to direct Workers to the correct training material on the Training Hub.
- ‘Not Validated’ CSCS status has been updated to ‘Unable to Validate’, to make it clearer to the User that the card failed Validation.
- The ‘View History’ on the Site Association section of the worker profile, now displays sites that were manually removed by a User, rather than only sites that were marked as decommissioned.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue whereby, the Worker Travel to Site Carbon Emissions Report was not including data for workers who were on site within the specified date range, but have since had their site association removed.
- Fixed an issue whereby, Dormancy ban labels were not rendering correctly on profiles and instead were displaying the HTML for the label.
- Fixed an issue whereby, the ‘All New Sites’ checkbox would toggle to a ticked state when users switch between Site Specific and Site Group Specific when setting up an Online Induction.
