Version 7.42.1 Release Notes Summary

The latest MSite software update introduces a range of new features, system improvements and bug fixes.

Below is an overview of the new features, improvements and bug fixes:

New Features

1. Addition of new vehicle types added to vehicle lists within MSite
2. Carbon Emission values updated for vehicle types within MSite
3. 'Face, Card or Pin' authentication added to Face Readers
4. Manually awardable Training Accreditations can now be added to the worker profile after the accreditation has expired
5. GET Contractor API Endpoint has been updated to include Labour Hours & Requisitioning user permissions
6. ‘Location Check in’ removed from the Transaction Type dropdown on the Offline Transaction Audit Report
7. Multi select custom fields are now returned as part of the request when retrieving worker details from the API
8. Moffet truck added to the unloading method list on Delivery Management

System Improvements

1. Performance improvements made to Custom Field Report, Accreditations On Site Report and Consent Audit Report
2. Improved the date filter when searching for a booking on Delivery Management
3. Updated button styling on Requisitioning email
4. Dropdown values on the site configuration modals are now filtered based on the site that is selected
5. Induction bookings now expire at the end of the day they were booked for, rather than the exact time they were booked for

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed an issue whereby, the Accreditations On Site Report was incorrectly treating workers with Accreditations ‘Not Awarded’ as ‘Not Expired’ and returning both when filtering the report by ‘Not Expired’
2. Fixed an issue whereby, the Consent Audit Report filters were not returning the correct results
3. Fixed an issue whereby, data consent messages were not being raised correctly, meaning the Consent Audit Report was missing data
4. Fixed an issue whereby, the image quality check on the worker profile was not working when an image was captured by the Scan QR feature
5. Fixed an issue whereby, the auto clockout schedule task was failing
6. Fixed an issue whereby, the Dashboard link to the Roll Call Report was not working
7. Fixed an issue whereby, column sorting was not working correctly when on the Contractors list page
8. Fixed an issue whereby, the Worker Breakdown Report was not returning any data when a decommissioned site was selected
9. Fixed an issue whereby, pre-registration invites were not sending to specific emails. Users were getting ‘Unable to perform operation’ error message
10. Fixed an issue whereby, users were unable to delete images uploaded as attachments on the Accreditations section of the worker profile
11. Fixed an issue whereby, Contractor Users were unable to save new users due to a bug within the Delivery Management settings
