V7.39 Release Notes Summary
The latest MSite software update introduces several new features and improvements aimed at enhancing workforce management, system usability, and compliance capabilities across the platform.

New Features
- Workforce Engagement Page
• Feature: A new Workforce Engagement page is added under the Alerts & Notifications menu. Users can configure images, questions, and questionnaires for display on the Face Readers.
• Benefit: Enables improved worker engagement and information dissemination. - Questionnaire Scheduling
• Feature: Workforce Engagement notifications can be scheduled with specific start/end times, recurrence in weeks, and selected days.
• Benefit: Provides flexibility in delivering timely notifications. - Questionnaire Responses Report
• Feature: A new report capturing worker responses to Workforce Engagement questions and questionnaires.
• Benefit: Offers insights into worker feedback and engagement levels. - MSite Card Reading Support on Face Readers
• Feature: The Face Reader now supports card reading functionality in addition to facial recognition.

Improvements
- Handling of Expired Accreditations
• Feature: Expired accreditations from unpublished courses will:
- No longer show as red (expired) in worker profiles.
- Be excluded from the Accreditation Expiry Email.
- Not impact access if marked "Required for Access."
• Benefit: Improves accuracy and reduces unnecessary alerts for expired accreditations. - Mandatory Next of Kin Address Setting
• Feature: New setting to make the Next of Kin address field mandatory.
• Benefit: Ensures complete Next of Kin records. - Site Association History View
• Feature: A ‘View History’ button has been added to the Site Association panel.
• Benefit: Allows users to track historical site associations for a worker. - Enhanced Worker Invitation De-Duplication
• Feature: Worker email de-duplication is now checked independently of First Name and Surname.
• Benefit: Improves accuracy in identifying duplicate worker records. - CITB/CSCS Validation Report
• Feature: The CITB Validation Report has been renamed to "CITB/CSCS Validation."
• Benefit: Enhances clarity and alignment with industry standards. - Mandatory Fields in Next of Kin Panel
• Feature: Added mandatory asterisks to the Next of Kin panel and fields when required.
• Benefit: Enhances data completeness and clarity for users.

- Accreditation Status Display Issue
• Fix: Resolved issue where expired accreditations were incorrectly flagged. - Worker Access Issue
• Fix: Ensured that unpublished course accreditations do not affect access permissions. - Next of Kin Validation
• Fix: Improved validation for mandatory Next of Kin fields.
