Version 7.38.1 Release Notes Summary
The latest MSite software update introduces a range of new features, system improvements and bug fixes.
Below is an overview of the new features, improvements and bug fixes:
New Features
- Global APB is now supported on Access Point controllers (LAN only).
- APB “Log” mode now available for Access Point controllers.
- New modifications to Access Point, allowing it to now persist the Worker’s APB status upon restart.
- Additional GPIO output added to Access Point for access denied events.
- Added support for XPass 2 card readers to Access Point.
System Improvements
- Updated error messages when maximum site limit has been reached.
- ‘PDF’ removed from the Reports data cap error message. The message now advises users to export to CSV or TSV if they want to view the full results.
- Improved Worker Statistics report performance, this should result in fewer timeouts.
- Improved Worker Breakdown Report performance, this should result in fewer timeouts.
- Improved Carbon Emissions report performance, this should result in fewer timeouts.
- When searching for delivery bookings, users can now search up to 2 years into the future, previous the system only allowed the user to search for bookings up to 1 year in the future.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue whereby, re-versioned courses were not unpublishing the previous version. This was causing issues for users as it was then showing both versions of the course as published in the course list.
- Fixed an issue whereby, changes made to a Contractor User, were incorrectly showing in the Detailed Audit Report as being changes that were made to the Contractor Admin rather than the Contractor User.
- Fixed an issue whereby, Fit for Role checks would default to declined if the user clicked ‘Save’ on the verify Fit for Role modal without selecting either the Approve or Decline radio buttons.
- Fixed an issue whereby, when the Delivery Management setting is disabled, the Delivery Management reports still show and when clicked throw a 404 error.
- Fixed an issue whereby, the Training Accreditation Report was not populating the Accreditation column, accreditations were displaying as N/A in the report data.
- Fixed an issue whereby, when the InductionBookingDateIsMandatory system setting is disabled, it would still mandate that an induction date be entered when manually adding a site association to a worker.
- Fixed an issue whereby, manually awardable courses would disappear from the list when a draft of the original course was created and not published.
- Fixed an issue whereby, the induction status badge was not showing on worker site associations for Contractor Users.
