Version 7.36.1 merged with Version 7.37.1 Release Notes Summary
The latest MSite software update introduces a range of new features, system improvements and bug fixes.
Below is an overview of the new features, improvements and bug fixes:
New Features
-
When sorting the Roll Call report by Contractor, worker names within the Contractor list will now be listed Alphabetically.
-
When searching for workers, users can now search using the workers full, or partial email. This change has been applied to the search bar at the top of the page, as well as the worker search page.
- The ‘GET SITE’ API endpoint now includes the ability to show the Door ID and Door Name.
-
Trade filter and column added to the Access & Attendance – Detailed report, allowing the report data and CSV export to include the associated trade of each worker.
- Home Postcode and Lodgings Postcode regex values have been separated into two individual regex values. This change accommodates sites that have a predominantly international workforce and therefore need a very loose regex on the Home Postcode.
- Pre-Registration email content has now been made a localisation, allowing the user to update or change any of the default content.
System Improvements
- CSCS Validated Accreditations now display the CSCS logo on the worker profile beside the validation status.
- The validation around Frist and Last names on the Worker Onboarding profile verification has been improved to accommodate Worker names that include apostrophes. Prior to this change, the validation would not recognise or accept special characters, meaning some workers couldn’t correctly validate their profiles.
- Trimming to remove whitespace has been added to the ‘I Understand’ text input field on the worker profile when changing trades. Some users were accidentally putting in extra spaces which was causing the ‘Next’ button on the modal to remain in a disabled state because the validation was picking up the whitespace as additional characters.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a styling issue on the Invite Existing Workers page that caused the Invite button to display off the page, making the button inaccessible to users on IOS devices.
- Fixed an issue, whereby the Roll Call alert was showing an incorrect number of alert recipients to how many it should have been sent to.
- Fixed an issue, whereby Supervisor App users were able to allocate access to sites that they themselves didn't have access to.
- Fixed an issue, whereby RTW checks were unable to be performed against new workers, when trying to save a RTW check, the page would display the native pop up notifying the user that the page is unresponsive.
- Fixed an issue, whereby the radius headers on the Local Labour report were not updating when the LocalLabourInner / Middle / Outer radius settings were changed.
- Fixed an issue, whereby the Roll Call by Contractor report was only printing the first page of results.
- Fixed an issue, whereby the Expiry Date picker on the Add Accreditation modal on the worker profile would still show despite the Expiry Date option being set to Not Allowed on the Edit Accreditation modal. Due to this, when the user tried saving the accreditation on the worker profile, it would prevent them and require them to add an expiry date.
- Fixed an issue, whereby the advanced filter options on the Accreditation option report were not filtering results correctly.
- Fixed an issue, whereby the Custom Field Report was showing fields that have been marked as Level 3 sensitivity.
