New Features

1. Attachment Uploads from OneDrive and Google Drive in Briefings
   • Feature: Users can now upload attachments directly from OneDrive and Google Drive when creating briefings.
   • Benefit: Streamlines the process of adding documents to briefings, enhancing accessibility and efficiency.
2. Briefings Categorisation
   • Feature: Users can categorize briefings by selecting from predefined types (Shift, Activity, Lift Plan, Safety, Other).
   • Benefit: Improves organisation and retrieval of briefings, making it easier to manage and reference specific types.
3. Automatic Archiving of Inactive Workers
   • Feature: Automatically archives workers who are inactive or have never been active, with a configurable inactivity period.
   • Benefit: Helps maintain a clean and efficient worker database by removing outdated records, reducing clutter and administrative burden.
4. Configurable Deletion Period for Archived Employees
   • Feature: The period before a worker is deleted after being archived is now configurable, defaulting to 3287 days (9 years).
   • Benefit: Provides flexibility in data retention policies, allowing organisations to comply with varying regulatory requirements.
5. Comprehensive Biometric Data Deletion
   • Feature: All biometric data, including fingerprints, will be deleted when a worker denies biometric consent.
   • Benefit: Enhances privacy and compliance with data protection regulations by ensuring complete removal of biometric data.
6. Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration
   • Feature: Configurable SSO integration with a new Azure AD option, allowing users to sign in through Active Directory.
   • Benefit: Simplifies the login process, enhances security, and eliminates the need for separate passwords.
7. Enhanced Supervisor App Functionality
   • Feature: New Workers menu, refined login process with SSO, two-factor authentication support, and improved data handling on logout.

2. Expanded Worker Invitation Capabilities
   • Feature: Users can invite workers across different sites, not limited to the same site as the logged-in user.

3. Improved Image Quality Check Modal
   • Feature: The 'Cancel' button has been relabelled to ‘Ok’.
   • Benefit: Reduces confusion and improves user experience during image quality checks.
4. Enhanced Backend Message Processing
   • Feature: Improved throughput and added scaling capacity to handle large volumes of messages efficiently.
   • Benefit: Ensures smoother system performance and faster recovery times during high traffic periods.

   • Fix: Resolved issue preventing the creation of new alerts with previously deleted names.
2. Manual Punch Transaction Issue
   • Fix: Fixed issue with manual punch transactions predating worker creation dates.
3. Image Size Handling Issue
   • Fix: Addressed failure in image quality checks due to size limits.
4. Microservice Reports Date Format Issue
   • Fix: Corrected the display of worker Date of Birth in the appropriate format.
5. Accreditation Audit Report Filtering Issue
   • Fix: Fixed incorrect filtering based on accreditation type selections.
