GUIDE - Reporting - Local Labour Reporting

MSite offers you the ability to carry out local labour reporting on your contractors and operatives, calculating both number of distinct operatives per contractor within each location bracket and the total man days worked.

Reporting

To make this as adjustable to the Customers Requirements you are able to report against 4 distinct distance groups:

  1. Local Labour - this is a completely customisable area set by area codes. This requires the end user to provide either the area codes to look up against (this can be a radius from site, a borough/council or a distinct set of locations).
  2. Inner Radius - we can input the inner radius miles and this column displays operatives falling within 0 miles and that radius
  3. Middle Radius - along side the Inner Radius we can input an Outer Radius. This column shows the operatives that live in areas within these 2 radius
  4. Outer Radius - This is shows operatives that live outside of the Outer Radius limits

Local Labour Column

You can use this to either define an explicit area if you have to report on people falling into complicated areas that aren't drawn by specific distances from site.

Alternatively you can use this column to provide 4 Radius distances, if you want to identify area codes that fall into a radius from your site use the below website:
